Dear History Freshmen

This will be your first experience in preregistration. It is important for you to enlist in order for you to make a “reservation” of the courses you will take for the next semester. It also gives the administration an accurate picture of the demand for courses and helps us understand which subjects will have more (or less) enrollees. Sometimes your preferred courses/sections may not be available; administration can advise you on other options.

The Department of History and Philosophy has prepared this basic preregistration guide for your use. Please read it as you go through this process.
